Job Description
TT Innovation and Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth in system integration solutions. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering end-to-end technical and commercial solutions to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities in system integration projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and partners
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and handover
Work closely with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Participate in tender submissions, pricing, and contract negotiations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reports to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 3–6 years of relevant sales experience in system integration or technical solutions
Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving revenue targets
Strong understanding of integrated technical solutions and project-based sales
Experience in tender preparation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure

Experience in managing large-scale or complex projects
