About EasyBiz
EasyBiz is a B2B SaaS platform — a business operating system for local service businesses (laundry, dry cleaning, repair, cleaning services) across Southeast Asia. We combine deep vertical software (POS, logistics, CRM, production management, marketing, online store) with AI assistants that help teams work faster and serve customers better.
We're a small, engineering-led team based in Singapore with dozens of active customers — from single-location shops to 20-store enterprise chains. Strong product-market fit, and growing. Now we're building out our BD team to accelerate customer acquisition across Singapore.
The Role
This is a ground-floor opportunity — you'll play a key role in growing our customer base across Singapore.
The good news: you won't be figuring this out alone.
- Complete BD playbook — pricing, objection handling, competitive analysis, sales scripts, all ready for you
- AI assistant in Slack — ask it pricing questions, get quote calculations, objection coaching, and prospect research in real time
- Product that demos well — customers see value in the first 15 minutes. The product does most of the selling.
- Founder coaches you directly — no middle management. You learn from the person who built the product and closed all existing customers.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Find prospects — research laundry, dry cleaning, repair, and service businesses across Singapore. Google Maps, LinkedIn, industry events, walk-ins, referrals.
- Qualify quickly — we have a scoring system. You'll learn to spot good-fit businesses in 5 minutes and walk away from bad fits fast.
- Run discovery meetings — understand the prospect's operations, pain points, and current tools.
- Demo the platform — live demos tailored to each prospect's use case.
- Close deals — proposals with ROI calculations, handle objections, get contracts signed.
- Help with grants — guide Singapore customers through PSG and other government grant applications (we'll train you on this).
- Build your network — attend industry events, connect with suppliers, build referral relationships.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- At least 1 year of any customer-facing role — B2B sales, business development, account management, even retail or F&B. You've talked to customers and closed something before.
- Hungry. You want to prove yourself and earn well. You're not looking for a comfortable 9-to-5.
- Coachable. We have a proven playbook, AI tools, and a founder who'll coach you directly. You need to follow the system, learn fast, and improve every week.
- Can talk to SME uncles and aunties in plain language. Our customers are shop owners, not tech people. If you can explain things simply and build trust, you'll do well.
- Comfortable going into the field — visiting shops, attending events, knocking on doors. Expect to be out meeting prospects 2-3 days a week. This is face-to-face relationship building, not cold emailing from a desk.
- Fluent in English. Mandarin is a strong plus (many SME owners in Singapore are Chinese-speaking).
Nice-to-haves (but we'll teach you):
- Experience selling SaaS or software
- Familiarity with the laundry, garment care, or local services industry
- Experience with government grants (PSG, EDG)
- Comfortable using AI tools (you'll use AI daily — we'll train you)
What we DON'T need:
- Years of enterprise sales experience. We'd rather have someone hungry with 1 year than someone comfortable with 5.
- An MBA or fancy credentials. We care about what you can do, not what's on paper.
- A "closer" who pressures people into deals. Our customers are business owners who value trust. Build the relationship, the product closes the deal.
Compensation
- Base salary: SGD 3,500 – 4,500/month (based on experience)
- Commission: 15% of recurring revenue from every customer you close, paid monthly for the customer's first 12 months
- Trailing income — your Year 1 customers keep paying you commission even as you close new ones in Year 2
- No commission cap — the more you close, the more you earn. Period.
- Your commission grows with your customers — if they add users or locations, your monthly commission goes up automatically
- Full base from day one — no reduced pay during ramp-up
- Benefits — CPF contributions, annual leave, medical coverage

Year 2 jumps because you're still earning from Year 1 customers on top of new deals. A top performer closing 2 deals/month in Year 2 earns SGD 120K+.
