Job Summary

You will design and deliver high-performance back-office software solutions, collaborating with development teams and users to ensure robust application support and comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze software requirements to align solutions with business needs
• Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, performance-intensive back-office software applications
• Prepare and submit comprehensive SDLC deliverables including Business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Architecture and Design documents, Interface Specifications, Source Code, Testing Specifications, and User Manuals
• Provide day-to-day application support to resolve operational issues promptly
• Liaise effectively with users to clarify requirements, design considerations, and testing feedback
• Apply Agile development methodologies to deliver iterative and incremental software improvements

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our Support Operations team for our Grovernment client in Transportation services. In this role, you will support the Contact Centre Manager in driving driving daily operational excellence. You will lead, coach, and motivate a team of agents to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met while maintaining a high standard of customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Day-to-Day Operations: Assist the Manager in supervising daily activities and conducting real-time monitoring to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
• Performance Monitoring: Promptly alert and escalate potential issues to minimize service disruptions.

We are looking for a reliable and high-energy CustomerService Representative to join our Support Operations team.In this role, you will be the front line for our users, resolving issues acrossmultiple channels (chat, email, and phone) while providing feedback to helpimprove our internal processes for our Grovernment client in Transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Support: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk), live chat, and phone with speed and accuracy.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through basic technical issues, account setups, and feature navigation by following established SOPs.
• Operational Feedback: Identify recurring customer "pain points" and report them to the Operations Manager to help refine support workflows and product features.

Responsibilities:

Working with the development team, you will be responsiblefor the design development, documentation, testing and delivery of the software solution for an Application system of our Government Agency.

The activities required to be performed shall include thefollowing:

• Requirements gathering;

Job Summary

You will lead end-to-end testing activities for an integrated epayment system, driving test automation and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle to ensure robust, secure, and efficient system delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive testing activities for an integrated epayment system, ensuring alignment with business and system requirements
• Analyze requirements to design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and procedures
• Prepare and maintain test environments to support effective testing operations
• Develop and implement automated test solutions using scripting or programming languages to enhance test efficiency and coverage
• Create traceability matrices to map test cases to requirements, identify gaps, and address them proactively
• Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
• Conduct test reviews with internal and external teams to validate test coverage and results
• Perform root cause analysis on production and user acceptance defects to improve testing processes and prevent recurrence

Required competencies and certifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certification in software testing

Other Information

• Working Location Arrangement: The working location shall be at either the Authority’s Bedok Campus or Site Office (Kim Chuan Depot).

Responsibilities

The scope of Project Engineer shall include but not limited to the following:

• Review project related submission (specification, drawing, test procedure and method statement etc.) and facilitate project team on the following-up to ensure the submission is compliant with project requirement;
• Supervise on-site installation, testing and commissioning, interfacing matter, integration testing, punchlist/defect work and handover activity to ensure the quality of work is compliant with project requirement;
• Coordinate with project team, contractors, interfacing contractors and other project stakeholders to resolve site issues and clashes to ensure the work is in line with project requirement;
• Facilitate project team to monitor the working schedule, update, review and report the project progress to be in line with project timeline;
• Attend project related meetings, coordination meetings and interfacing meetings to ensure project delivery is on track; and
• Support project team to manage project related work to ensure project is delivered based on project timeline.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Recognised diploma/degree in Engineering (electronics or mechanical) or related discipline;
• Relevant project management experience:At least 3 years in project coordination, site installation, testing and commissioning of rail E&M system in Singapore transit environment; andRelevant experience in coordinating and interfacing with local transit stakeholders (i.e. railway/transit operator) to carry out A&A, system upgrading or new system implementation work at revenue stations; andExperience in Automatic Fare Collection System upgrade, relocation and system migration projects in transit environment would be an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM or similar drawing tools for design drawing review;
