- Analyze and improve company standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist the director in restructuring the company to optimize organizational performance
- Identify and execute initiatives to improve overall company efficiency and productivity
- Lead efforts to elevate the company’s performance and competitive position in the industry
- Travel as required to support business development and client engagements
