About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative ICT Trainer to be deployed at a primary school in Sengkang. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role spanning ICT support, multimedia production, staff and student training, and educational technology integration. You will work closely with the HOD (ICT) and ICT Manager to drive the school's digital learning culture.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
Support school-initiated ICT projects and provide progress updates; prepare documentation and guidelines
Assist in implementing ICT programmes in alignment with MOE policies
Support ICT inventory and asset management
Supervise and coordinate tasks with Desktop Engineers and external vendors
Plan structured ICT training programmes for staff and students
Set up monitoring processes for ICT-related programmes
Administrative & Media Production
Maintain and update the school website
Design posters and collaterals for school communications
Handle photography and videography needs including pre- and post-production; AI-assisted media work is advantageous
Compile and archive students' ICT projects and works
Conduct surveys to evaluate ICT course effectiveness
Provide Audio Visual (AV) support for school events and daily activities
Assist in the physical setup of e-Oral and e-Listening Comprehension examinations
Teaching & Learning Support
Support teachers in integrating ICT tools into classroom instruction
Drive an e-learning culture within the school
Assist in implementing e-learning activities
Training
Plan and conduct baseline ICT training for students
Train students on ICT tools and e-learning platforms
Assist ICT Manager during teacher training on ICT and AV equipment
Review and improve training programmes for both staff and students
Plan and assist in ICT-related CCA activities
Train and prepare students for ICT competitions (e.g., National Robotic Competition)
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma, preferably in Multimedia, Design, Computer Studies or Information Technology
Experience
At least 12 months of relevant work experience; prior experience in a primary school environment is an advantage
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and Google Workspace including Google Classroom
Adobe Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition (and AI-integrated tools)
Apple Suite: iMovie, Final Cut Pro, GarageBand, Logic Pro, Motion (and AI-integrated tools)
Design tools: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (and AI-integrated tools)
Other Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written English
Portfolio or demo of media work required — to be presented at interview (offline or online medium accepted)
