Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders and handle POS transactions.
• Assist with simple food preparation and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café.
• Replenish stock and support daily operations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in F&B or as a barista will be an advantage.
• Friendly, positive, and willing to learn.
• Responsible and punctual with a good work attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily café operations.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare espresso-based coffee, tea, matcha, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment.
• Assist with basic coffee calibration and workflow management.

Customer Service

• Greet and serve customers professionally.
• Take orders accurately and process payments through POS systems.
• Provide menu recommendations and product knowledge.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback positively.

Café Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations.
• Replenish ingredients and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support inventory management and stock receiving.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Teamwork

• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Support colleagues during peak service periods.
• Participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior café or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• Rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Supervisor to lead daily café operations, support the team, and ensure smooth service flow while maintaining high standards in quality and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficient and smooth service flow
• Lead, guide, and support baristas and service crew to maintain team performance
• Ensure consistency in drink quality and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Manage opening and closing duties to maintain operational readiness
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning to optimize coverage
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely inventory ordering to prevent shortages
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Train new staff to uphold service standards and operational excellence

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of F&B or café experience, preferably in a leadership role
