This role will be responsible for the delivery of HR activities across the employee life cycle for all staff in the assigned business units globally but also for providing HR support for the Singapore office. Key HR activities include but are not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement and relations, talent development and group-level HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications/Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field preferred with a min of 12+ years of HR generalist experience with good HR business partnering exposure gained in a medium sized MNC environment with matrix structure. An Accredited HR qualification will be a plus.
• Familiarity with development finance/infrastructure development and financial service sector is advantageous but this is not a must. HR exp gained in a management consulting or professional service sector will also be useful.
• An understanding of the employment laws in Singapore, knowledge across South Asia/ Southeast Asia is advantageous.
• Proven ability to operate confidently across the full employee lifecycle, providing hands‑on support in recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation changes, employee relations, and policy application to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations

For this Project Manager (1 year contract role), you will lead the end-to-end renovation of the organisation's Singapore office, a heritage-listed shophouse, ensuring full compliance with Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) conservation guidelines and all applicable regulatory requirements. This will also include the successful leasing of a portion of the firm’s floor space. You will act as the client-side representative with consultants, contractors, prospective agents / tenants and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

An Interior Design consultant has been engaged to complete the design work, with the project planned to be completed within 2026.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Delivery

• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, and milestone schedule from inception to handover and during the defect period.
