We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Kitchen Supervisor to lead our centralized food production facility. Job Description

• Oversee all activities in the central kitchen to ensure production goals are achieved and product quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate production schedules and develop new food production standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and analyze production and quality issues, propose effective solutions, and implement strategies to minimize waste.
• Monitor and guide staff to uphold strict standards in portion control and ensure optimal production output.

Job Summary:

The Procurement Cum Logistics Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process and coordinating logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and overseeing transportation and distribution operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to support smooth business operations.

Job Scope:

Logistics & Maintenance (70%):

• Coordinate the logistics need for Takagi Ramen Outlets by ensuring that all stock is transported to the respective outlets on time from warehouse, assisting driver to unload goods to the outlets when needed.
• Upkeep of equipment and supplies at respective outlets to maintain outlet’s smooth operation
• Unloading goods from containers to warehouse
• Ensure warehouse is arranged in an orderly, safe & clean manner by operating Pallet Jack and Pallet Stacker if needed.
• Warehouse Inventory Management (Receiving, checking, ordering and counting of stocks from suppliers), and manage stocks movement
• Liaise with freight forwarder and handing import shipment documents
• In charge of financial month end & year end physical stocks take listing

Purchasing (30%)

• Timely placement of orders according to PAR level to avoid delays in material deliverables.
• Monitor and expedite delivery as and when required.
• Data Entry for billing to related Takagi Ramen/ Takagi Food/ Daichi Kitchen
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirement:

• ITE Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experienced in thriving and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent skills in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

The Executive will coordinate with both local and overseas suppliers, manage warehouse inventory, oversee delivery of supplies, and ensure preventive maintenance and timely repair of equipment. Responsibilities

Logistics and Warehouse:

• Coordinate logistics to transport stock from warehouse to Takagi Ramen outlets on schedule
