Established and rapidly growing company seeks a compliance officer to work in a team to fulfil its functions for the smooth running of the company. As our new compliance executive, you will ensure that the company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Risk and Compliance department of SYNERGY.
• Perform responsibilities to ensure company complies with regulatory requirements which include balanced scorecard audits, regulatory reporting, complaints handling, investigation and resolutions.
• Processing recruitment and cessation of financial adviser representatives.
• Reviewing and approval of marketing materials.
• Motivated to stay abreast of regulatory developments and take charge of communicating the changes and support implementation; not limited to Financial Advisers Act, Personal Data Protection Act.
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and support on-going due diligence requirements from business partners.
• Any other tasks assigned by Management.
• This role reports directly to the Head of Risk and Compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two (2) to five (5) years’ in working within compliance background in financial advisory (FA) industry, preferably if he or she has compliance qualification or experiences in the FA or insurance industry.
• Able to handle documentation work with an eye for details.
• Skilled at conducting investigative interviews and strong analytical skills.
• Familiar with Financial Advisers Act and Regulations, Personal Data Protection Act, MAS notices and guidelines.
• Must be meticulous and able to multi-task competing priorities whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
• High regard for ethics and integrity in discharging all functions.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders.
• Diligent, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude, curious, adaptability to SYNERGY culture and a team player.

Job Introduction

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive execution of our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on social media campaigns and lead generation. This role is critical in building a consistent digital presence and delivering measurable pipeline outcomes, particularly in support of key programmes.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, execution-driven, and able to translate strategy into high-quality campaigns with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand presence, driving measurable business outcomes and laying the foundation for future marketing scale. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Management

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels, primarily LinkedIn
• Drive campaigns for:
• Lead generation (programme sign-ups, prospect engagement)
• Recruitment support
• Brand visibility initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise for conversion

2. Social Media Strategy & Management

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Ensure alignment with brand positioning and messaging
• Track engagement and continuously improve content effectiveness

3. Content Development & Coordination

• Develop content across formats:
• Thought leadership
• Educational content
• Internal branding (people, culture)
• Work with internal stakeholders to source content
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. designers, videographers) where required

4. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking

• Support development of lead generation funnels (e.g. campaigns, forms, landing flows)
• Track and report on:
• Leads generated
• Conversion rates
• Campaign ROI
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement

5. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. business, programme owners) to align campaigns with business priorities
• Ensure timely delivery and quality execution across all initiatives

Job Requirements

Experience

• 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in Financial services, insurance, or professional services. Fresh graduates who have relevant experience may apply.
• Proven experience in:
• Social media campaign execution
• Digital lead generation
• Content-driven marketing

Skills & Competencies

• Strong execution capability with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
