About the Role
This role is hands-on and coordination-heavy — not just office work. It’s about people, sites, and service quality all moving smoothly every day. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to keep day-to-day operations running and ensure our clients and teams are well taken care of.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily scheduling, staffing, and team coordination to keep operations running smoothly
• Ensure service quality on the ground and resolve issues as they come up
• Handle client requests, feedback, and special assignments
• Conduct site visits and support tender briefings for quotations and proposals
• Work across teams to improve processes, track job completion, and support business growth
Requirements
• Experience in operations, logistics, or a service-related role
• Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, and operational systems
• Strong problem-solver — able to handle last-minute disruptions
• Good communicator across clients, frontline staff, and internal teams
• Team player who can guide and support frontline staff
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
