Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, perming, rebonding, treatment, and scalp care.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles or treatments.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety for tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Promote salon products and services to clients when appropriate.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and daily salon operations when required.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven 8 years experience as a Hairstylist or Hairdresser.
• Proficient in hair cutting, colouring, chemical treatments, and styling techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and retail hours if required.
• Relevant hairdressing certification is an advantage.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
