Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Admin Assistant to support our construction site operations. The role involves administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the site. This is a site-based role; candidates must be able to work at construction site offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and submit employee attendance records every two weeks.
Record and track engineers’ daily construction progress.
Prepare, edit, and manage company presentations (PPT), documents, and reports.
Assist with translation work between English and Mandarin.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous administrative or site experience is a plus but not mandatory.
