Subra TT Law LLC is a well-established law firm in Singapore providing a full range of legal services with a strong
focus on conveyancing and litigation. We currently have two available positions, one for conveyancing and the other for litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Conveyancing:
- Prepare and handle documents for sale, purchase, mortgage, and refinancing transactions.
- Liaise with clients, law firms, financial institutions, and government bodies (IRAS, SLA, CPF Board, HDB, etc.).
- Monitor timelines for completions, lodgments, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure proper file documentation and tracking of conveyancing processes.
2) Litigation:
- Prepare and file court documents including pleadings, affidavits, and bundles using the eLitigation system.
- Coordinate service of court documents and communicate with court personnel.
- Maintain court diaries, hearing/trial schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support to litigation lawyers.
General Secretarial Support:
- Manage physical and electronic filing systems.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by lawyers or management.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling Power of Attorney, Wills, Deed Polls, and General Litigation.
- Familiar with Singapore’s legal systems, including eLitigation and SLA platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document formatting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
