Job Function

1. Oversight and Management

• Manage the Fault Reporting Center (FRC) operations for the hospital.

Job Description for FRC Supervisor

Requirements:

· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and liaise with the FRC Engineer/Manager and Technicians to maintain efficiency in the Facilities Management Department and FRC.

· Serve as the first point of contact for any unplanned occurrences or events.

Job Responsibilities

Building Maintenance & General Handyman Work

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure buildings are maintained in good condition.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with FSM experience to oversee and manage all Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) matters within a healthcare / hospital environment. Senior Fire Safety Manager will be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements, managing safety risks related to workers and vendors, and supporting safe operations across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)

• Act as the appointed WSHO for the healthcare facility in accordance with WSH Act and subsidiary regulations
• Develop, implement, and maintain Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) for hospital operations, maintenance works, and contractor activities
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk reviews across clinical and non-clinical areas
