Job Summary

As a Service Supervisor, you will manage daily outlet operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while driving sales and controlling costs to achieve business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Drive sales growth and control operational costs within budget to meet business targets
• Maintain work standards aligned with Quality, Service, Ambience & Value guidelines
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and all relevant statutory requirements
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions effectively to maximize customer engagement
• Complete daily administrative tasks and prepare monthly inventory reports accurately and on time
• Oversee food supply management to prevent operational disruptions
• Lead staff management including discipline and training new employees on routine duties

Job Summary

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will assist in managing daily kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring quality, compliance, and smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations to maintain smooth and efficient functioning
• Implement kitchen processes and guidelines to standardize operations
• Monitor ingredient and food supply quality to meet company standards
• Control inventory levels to balance sufficient stock with minimal food wastage and optimal storage use
• Conduct final quality and presentation checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Oversee workflow at workstations to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Enforce compliance with food safety procedures and guidelines throughout kitchen operations
• Manage food and ingredient usage to minimize waste and optimize resource consumption
