We are a growing and dynamic organization seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to lead financial operations and contribute to strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
Improve and implement accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
Supervise and mentor the accounting team
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
