Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Supervise and lead sales staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are properly displayed, and merchandising standards are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and negotiate promotions or deals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to maximize sales.
• Assist in planning promotional events and marketing activities.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of minimum 3 years in supermarket or retail sales management.
• Basic English and Computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or basic POS systems.

Other information:

• 6 workday a week
• Able to work in shifts, public holidays and weekends
• Able to support during festive seasons

Key Responsibilities

• Create traditional and custom floral garlands based on client needs
• Select and prepare flowers, leaves, and other materials
• Maintain cleanliness and freshness of floral materials
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines, especially during peak seasons and events
• Collaborate with the decoration team for large-scale projects
• Assist in packaging and transporting finished products, if required

Requirements

• Experience in making flower garlands (traditional or modern styles)
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Knowledge of flower types, freshness, and handling
• Creative flair and interest in decorative arts
• Ability to work independently and under time pressure
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused
