Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical inspection of goods to check quality, quantity, and condition
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including loading, unloading, sorting, and packing of goods
• Coordinate daily warehouse and on-site operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and transporters for collection and delivery arrangements
• Execute buying and selling transactions based on pricing and instructions
• Prepare and provide quotations and market offers to customers
• Maintain proper records of inventory, transactions, and deliveries
• Monitor basic market pricing trends and report updates
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving goods of up to 15–20kg repeatedly in a warehouse or outdoor environment, due to the nature of the role which involves loading, unloading, and handling of goods
• Basic understanding or interest in trading, wholesale, or logistics operations
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and take on hands-on operational duties
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
