You will lead the development and execution of events, content, and advertising initiatives tailored to this dynamic region.

Your Key Tasks:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and extend these to Singapore, including partnerships, mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Build strong relationships with the regional heads, enabling them to drive pipeline growth.
• Plan and execute on activities with a strong focus on events, email, social media, and client success content.
• Create engaging presentations about our offering and market trends to potential clients.
• Manage the marketing and communications budget, and provide regular reporting on the performance.
• Manage in-house lead management process from digital and traditional sources.
• Adapting strategies to changing market conditions.

What You Need

• Establish network within the financial ecosystem, including media partners, conference organisers and industry stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of business overseas, with a demonstrated ability to activate marketing initiatives in these markets.
• Proven track record in marketing and communications, including event coordination, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills with proficiency in English or Mandarin.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field.
• Relevant working experiences in Singapore and overseas.

• Manage the end-to-end sales process by structuring customized financial solutions that address client objectives
• Demonstrate quick-thinking and goal-oriented problem-solving to overcome challenges and achieve sales targets
• Collaborate effectively within teams and work independently while upholding high standards of workplace integrity
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) to prepare client documentation and reports
