Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain safety and security measures to ensure a secure environment
Sweep and clear lawns and outdoor areas to keep premises tidy
Water plants regularly to maintain healthy greenery
Clean and organize back areas to support operational efficiency
Receive and verify deliveries to ensure accurate inventory management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Passion to learn new skills and adapt to workplace needs
Availability for immediate start
No prior experience required; full training will be provided

Perform general area cleaning, including lawn sweeping/clearing and back area tidiness
Water plants
Manage incoming deliveries
Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g. changing lights)
Requirements :
Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent resident only
Minimum age of 18 years
Immediate starters are preferred
Must be willing to learn new things and work long hours
Possesses a pleasant, cheerful, outgoing and honest personality
