Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting for the Group.
- Responsible for the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
- Coordinate closely with the subsidiaries on the submission of closing schedules and oversee the closing of the accounting period.
- Perform and analyze the consolidation of the Group Financial Statements.
- Review the reporting packages for all subsidiary accounts.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties, like external auditors.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of management reports for senior Management review.
- Assist with the monthly Financial Deck and Board meeting presentation materials and slides.
- Preparing transfer pricing to make sure they meet the required benchmark standard.
- Be proactive in detecting and performing any efficiency-related activities regarding his/her functions.
- Provide guidance on the accounting procedure.
- Presentation of the monthly financial results to internal stakeholders.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA.
- Minimum 3/5 years’ relevant experience in a Controller, Financial Analyst, Accountant, or equivalent role, preferably with regional exposure.
- Experience with audit firms is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of IFRS.
- Well-versed in MS Office.
