*Role Overview:*

As our TikTok and Livestream Account Manager, you will manage and grow our TikTok channel and livestream shopping sessions. You will create engaging, authentic, and entertaining content that resonates with our local Singaporean audience, showcasing our diverse range of homeware and kitchenware products effectively.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Account Management:*

- Plan, schedule, and manage daily TikTok content and livestreams.

- Respond proactively to comments, messages, and customer inquiries to maintain excellent engagement.

- *Content Creation:*

- Develop creative video ideas, scripts, and storyboards that highlight product features, benefits, and practical uses.

- Create engaging short-form videos tailored to TikTok's unique style and trends, ensuring content aligns with brand identity.

- *Livestream Sales & Engagement:*

- Host and coordinate livestream shopping events regularly, demonstrating products clearly and persuasively to drive sales.

- Develop strategies to boost viewer participation, engagement, and conversions during livestream events.

- Provide real-time product information and promptly address viewer questions to facilitate purchasing decisions.

- *Analytics & Optimization:*

- Monitor performance metrics such as views, likes, followers, engagement rate, livestream attendance, and sales conversion.

- Regularly analyze account performance and generate insights to optimize content and strategy.

- *Collaboration & Coordination:*

- Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and customer support teams to align TikTok content with promotional campaigns, product launches, and inventory availability.

- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.

- *Market Research:*

- Keep abreast of TikTok trends, competitors' strategies, and local market preferences to continuously enhance our social media presence.

- Recommend new product ideas based on audience feedback and emerging market trends.

*Qualifications & Requirements:*

- Proven experience managing TikTok accounts and livestream sessions, preferably in e-commerce, homeware, kitchenware, or lifestyle retail.

- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, algorithm, and trending content formats.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Charismatic, confident on-camera presence and natural storytelling ability.

- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil would be advantageous but not essential).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively and iteratively with the group’s in-house creative team to develop ideas that deliver cut-through and create unwavering brand love.
• Inspire cut-through creative campaigns through quality market insights, consumer insights, or business insights.
• Execute campaigns with precision and tenacity, optimising performance along the way.
• Develop and maintain the right professional networks, suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure the best work at the best price goes out the door.
• Manage budgets, and timelines for the campaigns and special projects assigned.
• Creating marketing plans that promote brand awareness and increase customer loyalty
• Developing logos and other identifying marks for products and services offered by the company
• Researching consumer preferences and attitudes about products or services to identify trends and patterns in buying behaviour
• Managing all aspects of a brand’s identity, including its visual appearance and name recognition
• Developing marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and product labels
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that new products are produced in a timely fashion
• Managing advertising campaigns for brands by developing concepts, selecting media outlets, negotiating rates, and monitoring results
• Identifying new markets for existing brands or creating new brands for untapped markets
• Monitoring competitors’ activities and responding with appropriate action, such as introducing a new product to compete with a competitor or changing pricing to better compete with a competitor’s offerings

Requirement:

• Strong leadership, team player and independent.
• Good inter-personal communication and presentation skills.
• Mature, strong analytical and concept crafting skills.
• Good P&L understanding and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Eye for details, hands-on and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our retail operations for HOUZE+, HOUZE, and Table Matters stores. As part of the Matters Brand Ecosystem, you’ll play a key role in bringing our vision — “where everything in your home matters” — to life through exceptional in-store experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for design, lifestyle, and customer engagement. You will manage daily store operations, team performance, sales targets, visual merchandising, and customer satisfaction.
