• Guide and nurture young gymnasts with a positive and supportive approach to help them reach their full potential.
• Implement and apply the academy’s proprietary coaching system for Rhythmic Gymnastics, including Warm-Up, Stretching, Feet Technique, Basic Apparatus Technique, Strength & Conditioning, and other core methodologies.
• Develop individual and group choreography for assigned gymnasts in alignment with SG National Rules Directives and FIG Code of Points.
• Refine technical elements such as Body Difficulties (BD), Apparatus Difficulties (AD), and Risks (R), as well as dance sequences in gymnasts’ routines.
• Take accountability for assigned gymnast groups, ensuring their development and progression through training levels.
• Pursue continuous professional development as a coach and judge by completing required courses mandated by the academy and SG Gymnastics Association. Be prepared to serve as a Coach and/or Judge during competitions as needed.
• Support the Head Coach in preparing gymnasts for events, performances, and competitions across all levels and age groups.
• Contribute creative ideas for choreography, music selection, and routine development, subject to Head Coach approval.
• Assist the Head Coach during training sessions by providing technical and judging insights while adapting to gymnasts of various age groups and skill levels.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism in rhythmic gymnastics instruction while working closely with internal departments to achieve the academy’s objectives.
• Maintain positive relationships with parents by providing appropriate updates through verbal communication, open classes, and coach reports.
• Be flexible with work schedules and ready to cover for colleagues in case of emergencies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head Coach or the Company.

The Business Development & Sales Executive is responsible for growing BPA's student enrolment and revenue through sales, partnerships, and customer relationship management. The role focuses on attracting new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities to expand BPA's programs and services.

1.    Sales & Revenue Growth

·      Drive sales initiatives for programmes, events, camps, and services offered by BPA.

·      Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enrolment and revenue targets.

·      Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to convert leads and retain clients.

·      Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts and reports.

2.    Business Development

·      Identify and develop partnerships with preschools, schools, corporations, and community organisations.

·      Seek new opportunities to promote BPA's programmes and services.

·      Support outreach activities, events, and roadshows to generate leads.

3.    Customer Relationship Management

·      Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and partners.

·      Address customer enquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

·      Identify opportunities for programme upgrades and renewals.

4.    Reporting & Administration

·      Maintain accurate records of leads, enrolments, and sales activities.

·      Prepare basic sales and business development reports.

·      Assist with proposals, quotations, and partnership documentation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed to provide exposure to key aspects of sports academy management, including operations, customer relations, scheduling, and programme coordination.

The trainee will work closely with the management team and gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day running of the academy, with the potential to grow into a full-time management role.

Responsibilities and Duties

·       Support daily operations and management of the academy to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

·      Responsible for end-to-end enrolment and lead management, including timely follow-up on all enquiries and conversion of leads into enrolments through effective communication and relationship building.

·      Serve as a point of contact for parents and students, addressing enquiries and concerns

·       Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

·       Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities

·       Gain exposure to sports management practices and academy operations

·      Take on projects assigned by management to develop leadership capabilities

Requirements

·      Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, BusinessAdministration, or related field

·      Strong interest in sports and youth development(gymnastics experience is a plus)

·      Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused mindset

·      Results-driven with an interest in sales, enrolment growth, and customer retention

·      Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

·      Able to work on weekends (as per academy schedule)
