Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging in-store training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
Coach and mentor store teams to enhance selling skills and improve overall performance.
Partner with store management team to identify training needs and create tailored learning plans.
Support new product S+ launches and promotional events through effective education and demonstration.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and follow-up support.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the store environment.
Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Adapt training approaches to meet the needs of diverse teams and changing business priorities.
Requirements
Proven sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Demonstrated agility in adapting to fast-paced, dynamic retail settings.
Ability to manage ambiguity and remain effective under changing circumstances.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Passion for beauty, customer experience, and team development.
Previous experience in training, coaching, or leadership roles preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
Work Environment
Based in-store with regular travel between locations as needed.
Requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during key retail periods.
