Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our Singapore team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Supervisor and Business Development Manager in achieving annual sales and growth targets
• Where possible, identify and develop new clients and business opportunities
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales of marine diesel engine spare parts
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, stock availability, and order fulfilment
• Develop a strong understanding of our product range to effectively match customer needs with the right parts and solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to support competitive positioning
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases

Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

You will support the Senior Sales Supervisor and Business Development Manager in daily commercial activities to help meet the company’s sales and growth targets in the maritime industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving annual sales and growth targets by supporting sales strategies and activities
• Prepare clear and accurate proposals, quotations, and sales documentation to facilitate client decisions
• Support client outreach by maintaining positive relationships and responding to client needs to foster ongoing business
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports to provide accurate information for decision-making
