We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Sales Support & Operations Executive to support our sales, operations and order fulfilment processes. The role requires close coordination with both internal teams and customers to ensure accurate documentation, timely order processing, and smooth delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations in accordance with customer requirements and sales team inputs
- Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and convert approved quotations into Sales Orders promptly
- Liaise with the procurement team to coordinate purchasing activities and ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Monitor and track sales order status, ensuring deliveries are completed within agreed timelines
- Coordinate with customers to arrange delivery or collection of goods, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Communicate effectively with clients to address order-related queries and updates
- Maintain organized and proper documentation and records of all sales transactions
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team, and supporting management when required
Requirements
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
- Ability to read, type, converse in Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders, clients and suppliers
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Attributes
- Previous working experience or basic understanding of how the oil and gas, renewables or ROV related companies work will be a huge advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
- Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines consistently
Work Location: Temporarily remote with office to be located at AMK Northstar
