Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage a full set of accounts and oversee the month-end closing process across multiple entities
Prepare accurate financial and management reports, including group consolidation
Analyse project costs, budgets, and profitability to support decision-making
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Oversee project accounting, including revenue recognition in line with applicable standards
Monitor cash flow, banking facilities, and funding requirements
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
Supervise and guide finance team members across different entities
Ensure proper financial management and reporting for multiple companies within the Group
Report directly to the Financial Controller
Requirements
Qualification in accountancy or finance; professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA) preferred
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong exposure to project accounting in the construction industry
Proven ability in financial analysis, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with Globe3 ERP is an advantage)

Monitor project costs, budget, and cash flow
Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
5 years relevant experience in construction projects
Knowledge of contract administration (e.g. SIA / FIDIC)
Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
