Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment of security officers (job postings, interview coordination, onboarding)
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents
- Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
- Handle staff matters such as leave, uniforms, and basic enquiries
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and licensing requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the office
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
