Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general cleanliness of the vehicle
• To assist the Manager in coordinating the daily operational duties
• Obey Rules & Regulation in the dormitory/work site.
• Ensure health and safety in the dormitory and sites.
• Ensure dormitory and site conditions and lodging records are according to MOM requirement.
• To coordinate staff deployment when necessary
• To handle feedback and complaints and update the Manager accordingly.
• Ensure that equipment are in good working conditions.
• To help in simple work such as cleaning
• Able to work independently with attitude
• Have a good communication & interpersonal skills
• Positive work attitude and work well in a team
• Directs field crews and subcontractors on daily construction tasks.
• Inspects materials and completed work for adherence to specifications.
• Tracks project timelines and adjusts workflows to avoid delays.
• Strong team management and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Ensure prompt and timely delivery of goods to Clients on specific routes;
• Handle loading and off-loading of goods;
• Loading and unloading goods when necessary
• Ensure full compliance to safety rules and regulations on the roads and at jobsites;
• Provide good client service at all times;
• Report any accidents or injuries to Supervisor immediately
• To carry out lifting and other general works with the lorry crane or hook lift as instructed for Lorry Crane Driver;
• Perform checks on the load chart to ensure that the crane/hook lift has sufficient net lifting capacity for every lifting operation for Lorry Crane Driver.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

• JobRequirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of driving experience as lorry crane driver handling loose cargoes;
  • Possess valid Class 4 driving licence with good driving Track record;
  • Safety conscious, self-discipline, responsible,punctual and reliable;
  • Good team player with positive work attitude and pleasant personality.
  • Able to work night shift and for long hours , and also weekend.
