What will you do?

• Working with the Investment Solutions and Products Team members, Risk, Compliance and Credit, assist in the implementation of a product review committee to regulate the expansion of the suite of structured products offered, and develop related credit strategies.
• Developing relationships with other Structured Product professionals within Wealth Management (WM) and RBC Capital Market (CM) as well as external counterparties to leverage ideas and best practices. 
• In conjunction with Compliance and Risk, ensure the quality of Structured Products distribution practices.

• In-depth knowledge of key listings in Hong Kong

What will you do?

• Providing advice and investment solutions according to relevant legal and compliance requirements and sales efficiency standards and client profiling needs

What is the opportunity?

As the member of Client Support Desk, Wealth Management Asia, you will report to the Heads of Sales Management Asia and support the entire RBC Wealth Management Asia. You would be key to the growth strategy of RBC WMA, be part of training and developing new relationship manager ("RM") and onboarding of new clients.

What will you do?

• Independently handle new account openings, account maintenance, asset transfers, loans, payments, order taking, and product recommendations.

• Develop and mentor the onboarding of new relationship manager.

• Provide assistance and guidance for new client / RM’s queries and interest on RBC WMA’s offering and product capabilities.

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.

You will be a key contributing member of a team focused on originating and executing cross-asset solutions (both funded and unfunded products) for Chinese Financial Institutions. Operating with individual sales targets within a collaborative team environment, you'll partner with Global Structuring & Trading teams to drive and build out our solutions offering while deepening existing and uncovering new relationships with institutional investors across Greater China. You will be responsible for identifying client needs across the full product spectrum, structuring tailored solutions, and executing transactions that align with client objectives and our business priorities.

What will you do?

• Build & Deepen solutions-centric engagements with Chinese FIs, capturing meaningful wallet across cross-asset derivatives while transitioning the business from transactional flow engagement to solution centric partnerships.

• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to expand our solutions footprint within Greater China FI segments, contributing market and product insights on emerging client needs, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.

• Partner across front office and corporate functions to originate and execute solutions that address client objectives.
