- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, developing mitigation strategies as required
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and effective problem-solving
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to verify compliance with project specifications and standards
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies
- Support the project manager in resource allocation, procurement, and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and databases for project information and deliverables
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in project management within related fields
- Proficient in Project Management, Extra Low Voltage (ELV), and Security Systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a proactive and team-oriented attitude
- Willing and able to travel overseas, particularly Batam Indonesia, to support project execution, site coordination, client meetings, inspections, and other project-related activities as required.
