Requirement:

• Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 to 15 years relevant experience in large and complex organizations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing. 
• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers. 
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps. 
• A proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services. 
• Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services. 
• Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers. 
• Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams.

Responsibilities:

• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services one or more applications and/or projects of Digital domain applications 
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by appointed vendors in the conduct of testing · Works with the testing service providers and other stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery. 
• Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits. 
• Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored in to the plan.
• Engages with various stakeholders (including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business), testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the objectives and demand.
• Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by stakeholders, testing service providers.
• Quantify, manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable. 
• Drive and collaborate with all stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable. 
• Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation. 
• Works closely with the Test Engineering Lead to provide inputs around domain specific test engineering requirements and ensure that they are met. 
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads for the respective domains. 
• Engages stakeholder communities to get their feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities to be fed back to the Test CoE team.

REQUIREMENT:

• 7–12 years in payment systems analysis with experience in Corporate Internet Banking, Entitlement and pre-payment workflow or similar. 
• Strong engineering/technical skills:
  o API design (REST/JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger) 
  o Microservices architecture 
  o State machine and sequence diagram modelling 
  o HA/DR and low-latency systems 
• Experience integrating with AML, fraud, entitlements and ledger systems. 
• Ability to reuse and extend existing platform components and code frameworks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Delivery & Systems Analysis 

• Own Banking channel (infinity program and projects) requirements → solution design → integration → testing → rollout. 
• Produce engineering-ready specifications: 
• o API specs (REST/JSON), OpenAPI/Swagger definitions 
• o Microservices interface contracts, event schemas, callback payloads 
• o Sequence diagrams, state machines, mapping specs, error models 
• Define end-to-end orchestration flows for: 
• o Pre-Payment initiation, acceptance, expiry, rejection 
• o Entitlement and Auth Matrix lifecycle events
• o Template, Past Payment, Bene Master 
• Specify robust pre-processing logic: Customer/account validation, Entitlement and authorisation checks, Funds availability, Limits, thresholds, duplicate suppression, Idempotency, retry and timeout handling

API & Microservices Architecture

• Define API and microservices designs using existing components from previous builds: Payment initiation microservices, Validation & entitlement services, Fraud/AML adapters, Core banking and ledger integration patterns 
• Reuse existing: API standards (naming conventions, response structures, error formats), Security models (OAuth2/JWT, mTLS, signature validation), Eventing patterns (Kafka topics, event schemas, DLQ handling), Common libraries for logging, telemetry, utility functions 
• Ensure microservices follow engineering principles: Loose coupling, clear domain boundaries. Async event-driven integration where applicable, High availability and horizontal scalability, Observability (structured logs, metrics, tracing) 

User Journeys, Entitlements & Authorisation 

• Define user journeys for: Pre-Payment Workflow like payment initiation, Beneficiary Master, Bulk Processing 
• Align journeys with entitlements and auth rules: Per-transaction and daily limits o Maker-checker workflows for corporates, Channel-specific access rights
•  Coordinate with channel teams to maintain parity across Mobile, Internet Banking, H2H and API Banking. 

Integration & Platform Engineering

• Design integration between: Payment Hub / RFP Orchestrator, Payment gateway, Core banking, ledger, AML, fraud 
• · Use existing microservices blueprints for: Error propagation and code mapping, Schema validation and transformation, Event lifecycle management, Callback patterns and async updates 

Testing, Deployment & Operational Readiness

• Lead SIT/UAT/E2E test scenario design for: Corporate Internet Banking Channels, Entitlements, Auth matrix, Pre-payment flow like payment initiation, validation and submission, Timeouts, retries, negative tests 
• Work with Engineering & Ops to ensure: Monitoring dashboards and alerts, Reconciliation and exception queues, Runbooks for replay, retry and operational fixes 
• Support scheme certification and phased deployment. 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus)

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, with 5+ years hands-on experience with Jenkins pipeline & security scanning

• Proven experience in managing both development and operations automations.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in developing Jenkins pipelines using Groovy to onboard applications onto CI/CD.
• Experience with build orchestration tools maven, Jenkins, CloudBees SDA
• Strong knowledge in SAST (SonarQube), SCA (Nexus IQ, Nexus Lifecycle, Nexus firewall)

• Advocate for and educate development teams on security best practices, threat modeling, and secure coding techniques.

Secure CI/CD Pipeline Management

• Design, implement, and maintain security gates and automated security checks within our CI/CD pipelines (e.g., SonatQube, Nexus IQ, and Tenable).
• Automated infrastructure compliance and security validation using tools like Open Policy Agent (OPA).

Container & Kubernetes Security

• Secure containerized environments (docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
• Implement kubernetes best practices (network policies, pod security standards/admission controllers, runtime security)
• Manage vulnerability scanning for container images throughout the development process.

Automation & coding

• Own the end-to-end CI/CD strategy. Build, maintain, and optimize our pipelines to enable rapid, reliable, and automated deployments from commit to production.
• Implement advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability, diagnose issues, and optimize system performance. Define report on SLOs and SLIs.
• Identify and eliminate toil. Automate everything from provisioning and configuration management (Ansible) to operational runbooks freeing up the team to focus on high-value work.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers. Share knowledge, conduct brown-bag sessions, and help foster a culture of DevOps best practices across the organization.
• Engage with security team to implement security controls, manage secrets (Vault), ensure compliance, and “shift left” on security, making it an integral part of our workflow.
• Capable to create end-to-end release management workflow using JIRA. Integrate the DevOps tools Codecommit, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus IQ, Nexus repository, Ansible, and AWS for deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability scanning/discovery, tracking of remediation SLA and vulnerability fix verification in support of the remediation
• Support and coordinate in pre-engagement, delivery and follow-up of penetration testing activities for internal teams with vendor testing service providers.
• Review and share the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing findings with the affected teams and follow-up discussion on any queries on the findings.
• Troubleshoot, follow up and resolve any operational issues pertaining to VA through liaison with internal teams and with external vendor support, case creation via relevant product support ticket on issues or queries from the teams.
• Support DevSecOps CICD application deployment to adhere Application Security Testing (DAST) standard, configure and resolve DAST scans issues for new onboarded applications.
• Monitor, health checks and ensure availability of all DAST scans.
• System administration on vulnerability management tools, perform system health checks, verification of scanning agents, ensure operation availability, assist in log extraction for investigation.
• Support in ensuring configuration changes follow procedure, standards, assist in bi-weekly access management review matters, ensure scanners adhere to hardening standards, configuration change processes.
• Weekly and Monthly metrics/dashboard generation for VAPT activities and testing results to be shared with Department HOD and team manager in weekly team meetings.
• Prepare VA statistics and reports in the quarterly management meetings.
• Support in technical risk assessment and recommend mitigations on vulnerability findings when remediation is not possible.
• Support and assist in process and procedures improvement initiatives that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in vulnerability management, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment or similar roles.
• Background in application development, web application technologies and architectures, application security testing or vulnerability assessment.
• Familiar with penetration testing steps, methods, procedures, and excellent in using penetration testing tools.
• Familiar with attack techniques and methods, common security vulnerabilities and threats of network and application systems, and competent in identifying and evaluating these vulnerabilities and threats with existing tools.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CEH, OSCP, BSCP, CREST CRT certifications is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with business user in business process improvement to align with business and project objectives and bridge the gaps between business users and technical solution team.
• Prepare documentation to cover business processes, workflows, or business requirements and work with stakeholders to obtain sign off.
• Work alongside team leads and Project Manager to align overall technical and business direction, bridge requirements and articulate technical constraints with Business users.
• Facilitate discussions or workshops with users, vendors such as requirement workshops, gap analysis, test planning and deployment planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Delivery & Platform Engineering

• Set up new deployment pipelines and ensure seamless CI/CD processes using enterprise DevOps tooling.
• Onboard new repositories into Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, and JIRA, enabling end-to-end development lifecycle integration.
• Perform environment provisioning and database setup across SIT, UAT, and PROD for new modules and application components.
• Deploy, configure, and support applications on the OpenShift (OCP) platform, including troubleshooting and resolving deployment failures.
• Facilitate vendor image downloads, validation, and deployment into the OCP environment.
• Lead SSL certificate generation, renewal, deployment, and ensure security compliance across environments.
