We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beverage outlet in Singapore. The Outlet Manager will lead the team, maintain service and product quality, manage manpower planning, and help the outlet achieve its sales and operational targets.
Salary:
Monthly salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,200, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the daily running of the outlet, including staff supervision, customer service, and product quality control. Key duties include:
Supervising daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and high standards
Planning staff schedules and managing manpower requirements
Monitoring inventory levels, controlling costs, and reducing wastage
Ensuring product quality and service standards are consistently maintained
Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally
Leading the team to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
Requirements:
Must be Singaporean/Singapore PR
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in F&B or beverage outlet management
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control
Good leadership and communication skills
Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours:
This role requires 9 working hours per day, including break time, and 6 working days per week. The outlet operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and shifts will be arranged according to operational needs.
