Job Summary
Oversee front-of-house operations in a food and beverage setting, leading the service team to deliver excellent customer experiences and efficient service flow while managing feedback and coordinating with kitchen staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery
Lead and motivate the service team to achieve operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction
Monitor service quality and promptly address issues to maintain high customer experience standards
Manage customer feedback and implement service recovery strategies to improve guest satisfaction
Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize service flow and timing for seamless operations
Assist in training new staff and schedule shifts to maintain adequate team coverage
Adapt to shift work including weekends and public holidays to support operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in Japanese cuisine
Exhibit proven supervisory experience in a service environment
Apply effective communication skills to lead teams and interact with customers
Maintain flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
Other Information
Working Days: 6 Days per week inclusive of weekends & PH (Shift work as scheduled by manager)
Salary: Up to $4500/month (depending on experience level)
