Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Lead and motivate teams to achieve KPIs, identify new business opportunities, and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, manage, and motivate sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed KPIs
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to expand company reach
- Plan, oversee, and optimize advertising, promotions, and digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to support business growth
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to track progress and inform management
- Collaborate effectively with product, finance, and senior management teams to align strategies and goals
