* Lead and guide a team of cleaners to ensure service quality and productivity
* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain operational standards
* Plan and coordinate manpower deployment and work schedules
* Liaise with clients (hotels / offices) to address feedback and service requirements
* Prepare reports on operations performance and incidents
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies
Requirements
Diploma or above (any field)
* At least 2 years of supervisory or operations experience
* Experience in cleaning / hospitality industry is an advantage
* Strong communication and team management skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
