Responsibilities
Define and communicate project goals to align with organizational objectives
Facilitate collaboration between clients, senior management, and project teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
Lead and motivate project and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Implement quality assurance processes to verify deliverables meet client expectations and organizational standards
