Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Development and Channel Management
Develop the local Singapore market and achieve assigned sales targets. At the same time, actively maintain and expand the company’s existing and potential customer network across Asia excluding China and Europe.
2.Customer Development and Account Management
Proactively identify, approach, and develop new customers, especially local universities, research institutes, healthcare institutions, and distributors in Singapore. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and gain a deep understanding of customer needs.
3.End-to-End Sales Management
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, business negotiation, quotation, contract signing, and payment collection. Explore and establish effective sales models and channel strategies suitable for Singapore and target international markets.
4.Channel and Partner Management
Identify, assess, negotiate with, and manage local distributors, agents, and other business partners in Singapore to build an efficient sales channel network.
5.Market Intelligence and Feedback
Collect market trends, competitor information, and customer feedback, and provide timely market insights and business development recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
1.Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Biomedicine, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or a related field preferred.
2.Work Experience
At least 3 years of sales experience. Experience in developing the Singapore local market is preferred. Candidates with B2B sales experience in biopharmaceuticals, scientific research services, medical devices, or related industries, or with channel management and customer development experience in Asia or Europe, are highly preferred.
3.Core Competencies
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and key account management. Familiarity with channel management and excellent business negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to independently develop new markets.
4.Language Skills
Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate smoothly with China-based teams and professionally engage with local and international customers. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is required.
