Job Responsibilities
- Manage the employer’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, messages, and correspondence
- Coordinate closely with the driver and domestic helper
- Oversee the child’s school matters and daily routine
- Accompany the employer when required and manage ad hoc errands
- Assist in caring for a preschooler (must enjoy working with children)
- Travel overseas with the family when required
Additional Information
- 6-day work week (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Lunch break of 1–2 hours (subject to work schedule)
- Preferably able to travel overseas during school holidays or on short notice for business needs
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
- Travel allowance: additional 20% for overseas working days
- Salary review after 1 year of service
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Discreet, responsible, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable to last-minute changes and travel arrangements
- Singapore Citizen or Long-Term Visit Pass holder
