• Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing emails daily, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and technicians.

• Inventory & Documentation: Assist in managing office supplies, service documentation, and standard administrative filing.

Requirements

• Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience working in the pest control industry is highly preferred and will be a major advantage.

• Software Skills: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking sheets) and comfortable with general computer applications.

• Email Communication: Full familiarity and comfort with using Gmail for professional correspondence.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, great organizational habits, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
