What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground activations
• Manage content and postings for digital and social media platforms
• Assist in planning and running marketing events (including occasional weekends)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders including the Brand Principal, agencies and vendors in delivering campaigns and activations
• Support artwork and creative development (in-house and with agencies)
• Track campaigns to ensure timelines and leads target/quality are achieved. 

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma with 2-3 years of marketing experience (luxury or premium brands preferred)
• Hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or editing tools is a bonus
• A proactive, organised team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to get hands-on and learn across campaigns, events, and channels

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Costing & Warranty Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Warranty Department by ensuring accurate invoicing for internal and warranty repairs, in compliance with company KPIs, corporate governance, and BMW Asia guidelines.

· To check and ensure that all repair orders (all charge types) are timely closed (within 7 days of end control).

· To process all warranty claims and check for accuracy before send for validation.

· To follow up Repair Order(RO) and ensure that both CSAs and Workshop foremen submit all RO on time. Perform sorting and matching of ROs.

· Communicate with Senior Execs directly to understand their Service team needs in order to collate monthly feedbacks for their sharing/alignment.

· To follow up warranty enquiries by CSAs and workshop personnel via email or in-person query.

· Extended Warranty management – Purchase, invoice, follow-up on all matters regarding BSI, BRI, BMI* and Extended Warranty for cars and bikes* with all stakeholders – Vehicle Admin & Service Team.

· Attends to CSAs Ad-hoc urgent Extended Warranty purchases on weekday & Saturday* purchasing (*stand-by – rotation basis)

· Main liaison to Vehicle Admin for ‘create stock’ for vehicles not in PML database.

· Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on document proofing – signatories via KUBE, Finance, DXC alignment and records.

· Report weekly/monthly compilations summary of rejected claims to Senior Exec.

· Assisting Senior Exec in annual/ad-hoc Warranty Audits and Parts Scrapping exercise by Principal, BMWA. Eg RO prep, parts prep and reconciliation.

· Daily follow up and update management on all outstanding WIP ROs status or any approval required.

· Ad-hoc requests by CSAs to attach/detach Defect Codes for technical Campaign

· To perform other duties as and when required by immediate supervisor

Who We’re Looking For

· Minimum O level with at least 2years of administrative experience

· Experience in Motor industry will be an added advantage

· Proficient in Excel

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Senior Executive, Corporate Sales, you will drive the Corporate Sales department in the areas of Corporate, Direct and Special Sales, by securing and maintaining corporate accounts through developing long-standing networks to increase sales.

·       Identify and prospect key corporations and business accounts to grow the corporate portfolio.

·       Manage and review the corporate client list, ensuring relevance and strategic alignment.

·       Leverage partnerships across business units to expand corporate sales opportunities.

·       Develop new corporate accounts through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and engagement with the diplomatic community.

·       Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering timely solutions.

·       Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, positive customer journey.

·       Organize networking events to strengthen client relationships and promote mobility solutions.

·       Coordinate with BMW Asia and BMW FS partners on corporate sales, leasing, CDSS, and reporting matters.

·       Prepare pricing lists, corporate sales reports, and support used‑car trading activities.

·       Manage tender submissions, including government tenders, and obtain necessary approvals.

·       Develop and execute annual Event Shuttle strategies with internal stakeholders.

·       Engage VIP clients under the VIP program and uphold retail standards.

·       Oversee price‑shop and mystery shopping activities.

·       Manage company demonstrators, management fleet, and mass disposal tenders.

Who We’re Looking For 

·      Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines.

·       At least 5 years of experience in account management and customer servicing, preferably within the automotive industry.

·       Proven track record in managing corporate clients and leading B2B sales activities.

·       Strong customer‑handling skills with the ability to engage and build rapport across all levels of employees and stakeholders.

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare reports, pricing proposals, and sales presentations.
