Job Summary

You will manage daily operations across multiple sites, coordinating manpower, supplies, and client communications to ensure efficient workflow and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned sites to ensure smooth workflow, including but not limited to coordinating of manpower, clients, and cleaners
• Manage allocation and distribution of materials and supplies to project sites to maintain operational readiness
• Order, monitor, and maintain inventory levels of consumables to prevent shortages and support ongoing projects
• Handle hiring and onboarding processes for cleaners
• Monitor cleaner attendance at project sites to ensure staffing requirements are met and maintained
• Arrange cleaning courses for cleaners and supervisors to enhance skills and compliance with standards
• Assist in developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase operational efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support business needs and continuous improvement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably within the service industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills to foster effective communication and teamwork
• Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts to ensure clear information exchange and collaboration
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet operations objective

Join a leading building services provider as an Accounting & Payroll Officer to maintain accurate financial records, process payroll, ensure compliance, and support smooth HR and accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries to ensure up-to-date accounting data
• Manage client billing by preparing timely and accurate invoices and conducting follow-ups on late payments
• Prepare GST reports and file GST returns to comply with tax regulations
• Liaise with external accounting firms and government agencies to facilitate audits and regulatory compliance
• Process payroll by calculating salaries, taxes, and statutory contributions accurately and remitting payments on time
• Support Human Resource & Admin tasks as assigned to contribute to overall operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll roles, preferably within the service industry
• Proficiency in accounting and payroll software, e.g. Xero
