As the (Junior) Retoucher, you will be involved in a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting the creation of high-quality visual assets for e-commerce. The (Junior) Retoucher will be responsible for accurate product representation, consistent colour quality, and timely delivery across high-volume projects, while upholding team standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Production

• Execute digital pre- and post-production tasks across e-commerce projects, ensuring high-quality and brand-consistent outputs
• Maintain accurate colour representation and product fidelity; identify and correct inconsistencies
• Support high-volume seasonal campaigns, managing multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
• Perform image retouching, digital expansion, compositing, and format adaptations across various platforms

Team & Workflow Support

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Support and adopt AI-assisted workflows where applicable to improve efficiency

Quality & Standards

• Maintain strong attention to detail while balancing speed and accuracy
• Ensure all outputs meet established visual, technical, and brand guidelines

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Photography, Digital Imaging, Design, or a related field
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in photo retouching, e-commerce, photography, or fashion/retail is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong portfolio showcasing product or e-commerce-related work (fashion experience is a plus)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with AI-assisted tools/workflows is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual accuracy and quality
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Shop Manager
This program will take approximately 1 - 2 years depending on the performance of the management associate.
Our Shop Manager will manage a local retail store and the team.

The Program

Phase 1: Retail Exposure Program
Trainees will undergo OJT by assigned buddy and perform the roles of sales/service professional and Shop Manager. Following are some hands-on skills that trainees will have to be competent at:

Phase 2: Leadership Development Program
Leading & Coaching Sales Associate in the retail outlets for the day-to-day sales and operations duties

• Managing sales targets including setting and monitoring of sales targets
• Responsible for maintaining professional standards of customer care including managing customer feedback, performing customer recovery and etc.
• Managing inventories of the outlets including organizing the storeroom, ensuring adequate stock level & sizing
• Managing visual display
• Executing other administrative duties that include: conducting staff appraisal, staff scheduling and roster, setting of sales targets and etc.
• Quarterly presentations to the Operations Team and Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Merchandiser, you will strategize and develop the Men’s and Unisex Department Merchandising strategy to drive business growth across markets and platforms. You will be required to collaborate closely with Branding, Design, Merchandise Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain departments to establish, communicate and execute long-term and seasonal vision for the company's product lines. You will be responsible for developing merchandise assortment mix strategies for all Men’s and Unisex categories. These strategies are based on in-depth brand and market analysis to push into the markets and pull fundamental information on trends and commercial needs from the markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collection Planning

• Develop and Execute Men’s and Unisex product line planning for shoes, bags and accessories.
• Develop regional collection plans and must-haves for each region based on brand direction, fashion trends and in-depth market understanding.
• Implement adequate commercial actions to increase sales.
• Analyse the market to stay abreast of trends. Compile competitive shopping analysis and present relevant conclusions. Incorporate findings to impact future product line developments.

Merchandise Management

• Liaise closely with R&D, Supply Chain and Merchandise Planning to develop best sellers, core and highlight styles to support brand storytelling, brand relevancy and enhance the commercial viability of the collections.
• Closely liaise work with the Merchandising Planning Team to enhance category growth and profitability for each market.
• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team on strategic product display to maximize consumer interest and promote sales for the brand.

Product Management

• Manage and improve item classification guide in ensuring compliance and relevance of classification for analysis.

Seasonal Product Pricing Strategy

• Develop suggested retail price strategy with Merchandising Planning Team and identify gaps and needs in pricing strategy.
• Set price points for seasonal products based on margins, perceive value of products and market competitiveness.

Seasonal Buying Preparation

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on deliverables and timeline for the season.
• Communicate the Merchandising Strategy for the season and any key initiatives to internal and external buying team.

Data Analysis and Reports

• Develop charts for dashboard analysis on Qliksense, Excel and in-house Product life cycle software.
• Conduct in-depth Post-Launch and Post-Buy global performance review for each season by product line, region and provide feedback and action plans for each category.
• Sales performance tracking and identify market gaps to translate into Collection planning.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or Business
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Experience in regional markets, especially South-East Asia and Greater China
• Analytical and data driven mindset with a clear focus on results
