We are a growing steam bao business dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality steamed buns and excellent customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Operations Manager to lead our team, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of steam bao retail outlets and sales activities.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales and service staff to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to ensure product availability.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant food safety regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in food retail, F&B, or consumer sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and operational processes.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.

Duties:

• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.

• Preparation of monthly financial and management reports

• Support audit and tax queries

• Liaise with banks on banking transactions

• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions

• Inventory stock checking report from outlets and office. (Important items and liquor), internal stock transfer record.

• HR duties such as preparation of payslip, CPF filing, annual IR8A filing, employee contract (included Annual, Slick, PH leave), foreign workers permit application • Support and liaise on marketing events

Nature of Job:

• 5-6 days’ work week (9am to 6pm, One Hour Break)

• Leave, medical & insurance coverage

• Able to travel to different outlet branch and office

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification in the accounting fields.

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in an accounting environment, preferably in F&B

• Use company Xero systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel other Microsoft Office skills.

•Take care of the sales administration,including quotations, invoices, DOs, etc.

• Receive and process online orders - website and WhatsApp

• Record all returns, waive, exchanges, refunds orders and report to director

• Collect daily Sales cash and check in and out petty cash each week.

• Coordinate with contractors to fix any emergency or urgent matters

• Communicate with clients on requirements

• Able to start work immediately or short notice period is preferred

Job Scope for the company as below

1. Xero System

Review Xero System and POS as a USER including:

· Setup and review the Chart of Accounts and other masters;

· Identify POS reports for accounting purpose.

2. Accounting

Sales & Receipt Cycle including:

· To check on daily sales details and settlement;

· To post daily sales and settlement details;

· To check on settlement with bank receipt.

Expenses & Payment Cycle including:

· To check and review suppliers’ invoices and statement of Account;

· To post suppliers’ invoices;

· To check and generate payment to suppliers.

Quarterly closing of financials and GST return including

· To prepare financial statements including monthly bank reconciliation, notes to accounts and financial highlights (for exception).

· To prepare and file quarterly GST return.

Yearly compilation of Unaudited Financial Statements.

3. Taxation

· Provision of tax computation including submission of Estimated Chargeable Income and yearly Tax Return;

· Liaise with tax matter arising from the tax submission.

Marketing and Branding Executive

Objective:
To drive the success and growth of the restaurant’s brand by developing and executing strategic branding initiatives that create a strong and differentiated brand identity, resonate with the target audience, and enhance customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the restaurant’s vision, values, and target market.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring brand relevance and differentiation.
• Define the restaurant’s unique value proposition, positioning, and messaging to establish a strong brand identity.

2. Brand Communication and Collateral:

• Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints, including menus, signage, website, social media, and advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials that effectively communicate the brand's story, offerings, and values.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity (logos, colors, fonts, and photography).

3. Customer Experience Enhancement:

• Work closely with the operations team to enhance customer experience through improved service standards, ambiance, and menu offerings.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and addressing any concerns.
• Train staff on brand values, customer service standards, and brand voice to ensure a consistent and positive brand experience.

Social Media Management & Influencer Marketing:

• Social Media Strategy: Plan and develop social media communication strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
• Content Creation: Curate and develop creative visual directions for content (photography, videography, infographics, still and motion).
• Content Posting: Post 4 times a month across each social media platform (FB, IG, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
• Influencer Engagement: Engage with 20 influencers per month, tailored to specific campaigns.
• Press Releases: Write 2 press releases per month (for Shao Modern Teochew Dining & Modern Teochew Tapas).
• Media Relations: Manage media inquiries and interviews, securing 2 key media features per month.
• Monthly Reports: Generate monthly reports on social media performance, analytics, and advertising (if applicable).
• Mystery Shopper Program: Organize 2 groups of foodies to write detailed dinner experience reports each month.

Marketing Campaigns and Partnerships:

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and leverage data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

Social Media Maintenance and Content Planning:

• Account Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, IG, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) and interactions.
• Promotion Planning: Coordinate promotion and poster planning with the outlet manager.
• Online Promotion Design: Create 1 online promotion poster per month for all platforms.
• Photoshoot Planning: Schedule photoshoots (every 2 months) for 8-12 dishes and drinks, with 4 graphic design posts.
• Boosting & Budgeting: Develop monthly budgets for social media boosts on Facebook, IG, and Xiaohongshu.
• Performance Reports: Review social media engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and report on past month’s performance.

• Work Hours: 5-day work week, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour break.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in growth strategy and performance marketing, preferably in technology, e-commerce, or food industries.
• Availability: Ability to start immediately or with a short notice period is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Ability to distil complex ideas into clear, actionable information.

Job Description

• Perform mise-end place
• Provide supervisor customer service that is fast, super friendly and customized to the needs of each customer
• provide efficient, accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer service delivery in accordance to established SOP like taking customer order - clearing tables - require making coffee - perform cashiering at times - does mopping and cleaning of dining areas and dishwashing - any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
