Requirements

• Diploma in any relevant discipline

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Claims Team
• Prepare, check and submit claim forms and related documentation
• Update claims status on internal system and platform
• Communicate with clients and handle enquiries on insurance coverage, claims, pre-authorization, etc.
• Liaise with insurance partners, clinics/hospitals, third-party administrators on claims matters
• Support on claims administration of individual and corporate policies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policy and guidelines
• Maintain client confidentiality and strictly adhering to PDPA and compliance requirements

• Record journal entries from various source documents into MS Excel and the company’s accounting system
• Download bank statements and update entries in the internal accounting system
• Assist with weekly payment processing
• Prepare and compile quarterly ageing reports

Job Description

• Manage a diverse portfolio of general insurance policies (e.g., Public Liability, WICA, Property, PI, D&O) for new and existing corporate clients.
• Oversee renewals for existing client accounts across varying sizes and premium values.
• Managing all paperwork and coordination from the pre-renewal stage through to post-renewal, ensuring timely completion of payment and documentation.
• Handle mid-term policy adjustments, client queries, and escalations promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with claims processing, liaising with insurers and clients, and drafting detailed claims reports.
• Prepare tailored claims reports, conduct detailed analysis, and present insights to insured parties based on their requirements.
• Respond to new business inquiries, engaging with leads generated from various initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Client Engagement Team is dedicated to creating long-term, trusting business relationships with Pacific Prime Clients at all levels, understanding their needs and objectives to deliver an optimal solution to meet the clients’ requirements.

The Team’s role is to oversee, develop and manage year-round programs and solutions for key clients around wellness, health, lifestyle, and other solutions and platforms to increase the engagement of their members with PPCXA’s portals and tools.

As the Client Engagement Specialist, it is your overall responsibility to oversee wellness-related engagement programs and communications with members/clients as well as vendors and partners. The position requires you to be part of a team working seamlessly to prioritize the customer experience. As a key component of the team you need to be highly proficient in:

• Work with and engage the account managers to support their clients with regard to Health and Wellness related activities

• Liaise with vendors on marketing and promotional activities and develop new partnerships
• Keep up to date with the latest employee benefits trend and suggest ways to improve value-added services and employee engagement
• Creating reports and outcomes on the engagement solutions offered to clients (utilization reports for online activities, surveys, focus groups, feedback) where necessary
