- Provide technical supports for pre and after sales service to Sales & Project Department for misc Critical Support Systems for Data Centres (mainly CRAC and UPS)

- Provide technical supports for Service Department and assist in troubleshooting for service & maintenance issue related matters and provide solutions

1. Handling of customers complaints and issues

2. Provide quotations for all service repair works

3. Monitor the progress of repair/service and keep customers updated on the repair service issues

4. Liaise with Service operation/technicians for all repair/customer service issues

5. Liaise with suppliers for parts purchases and assist in inventory of spare parts

6. Assist Operation Manager/Director in all service related matters, including the planning and allocation of service resources

7. Coordinate with customers for technical issues to meet customer technical requirements

Job Summary

Provide critical M&E infrastructure services and solutions for IT premises including Data Centres, Server Rooms, and Call Centres, managing projects and supporting service repairs to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and implementation for critical M&E infrastructure services in IT environments to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Support service repair and project work by diagnosing issues and coordinating technical solutions
• Coordinate and collaborate across multiple discipline projects to integrate diverse technical requirements
• Monitor project progress by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain schedules
• Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Apply effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
