You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the common indoor areas of an apartment to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize public indoor areas of the apartment to maintain hygiene and appearance
Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to achieve effective cleaning results
Follow a daily cleaning schedule to ensure all common areas are regularly maintained
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning to management
Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled working hours
Navigate public transport routes to commute reliably to the workplace
Read and understand addresses to ensure timely arrival at the work location
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Ability to speak Mandarin to facilitate communication in the workplace
Other Information
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break
Salary: Starting at SGD 1,800 per month, plus transport allowance
Job Location: Indoor cleaning of apartment common areas only, no outdoor tasks
