Job Description

• Drive sales across all the company’s offline sales channels, including retail stores, distribution channels and private shopping service, through setting short and long-term channel strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.

• Work with and mentor the retail sales team to ensure that flagship store sales targets are met through building a sales strategy, running promotional activities.

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key internal/external personnel across sales channels.

• Work on opening and managing distribution for exclusive brands under the company, with key strategies implemented to achieve distribution sales goals.

• Building on customer engagement initiatives and implement improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience.

• Provide feedback to Management team on consumer sales trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including operations, merchandising, marketing, retail, ecommerce, and management to meet sales performance objectives.

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned channel partners.

• Accountable for weekly sales reporting at Management meetings.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

• Develop strategies and ideas for campaigns ( brand, advertising, PR, content, social, digital)

• Identify new markets/clients, ensure smooth operations, and optimize company profitability

• Collaborate full sales team to continually improve the effectiveness of our sales (improving processes, developing client personals, campaigns, promotions etc.)

• Plan, elevate and manage sales forecast to achieve sales target.

• Other related duties assigned as per interview with our Managing Director.

Requirements:

• A degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in management capacity, overseeing sales channels.
• Experience with fashion, beauty and retail companies will be advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

During the internship period, the Intern shall have the responsibility of performing the following duties:

1.) Assist to design / re-creating fabric swatch card for NK & NIMISSKI (Use Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop & DIY work) : With NIMISSKI logo & fabrics descriptions

2.) Sourcing and liaise with fabric supplier

4.) Cutting fabrics

5.) Re-layouting fabrics on cards

6.) Pasting fabrics on cards

7.) Bundling fabrics into a catalogue

8.) Follow up sampling process and update progress

9.) Other ad-hoc duties assign by supervisor

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

- To provide customers with professional advice and recommend items that match customer needs

- To do daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties.

-Responsible for formulating sales targets and marketing strategies

-Responsible for salesgirls team management, performance appraisal, commission coordination, personnel transfer and other arrangements

- Follow all companies policies and procedures

Requirements:

-Must have at least 3 years retail sales experience in fashion, with good sales skills and sales service attitude

-Hard working, and can work under pressure;

-Good team player

-High responsible to both company and customer, and being patient.

- Searching of influencer, manage communication

- KOL social media posting, reporting

- Editing photos and videos (Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom)
- Think of concepts and curate creative collaterals
- Manage & curating social media accounts – (post, content writing, products information, etc)
- Assist in curating ideas for social media post and stories

- Photography and videography of contents

- Curating new promotions poster and tv videos

- Refresh and maintain of company official websites

- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Able to use Photoshop, Lightroom, Editing videos, Editing photos and copywriting.

Jobs Description:

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 years retail sales experience in fashion, with good sales skills and sales service attitude

· Planning and execution of all marketing activities (organize event, collaboration with other brand, outsourcing livestreamer, etc).

· Develop, planning and manage the yearly marketing calendar and event calendar

· Analyzing and keeping informed of market trends and preparing forecasts.

· Increasing brand awareness and market share.

· Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

· Managing the marketing department's staff works and job allocation.

· Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

· Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.

· Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

· Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

· Manage website & social media accounts, including analytics, ads platforms, influencers.

· Seamless execution of all marketing initiatives, driving traffic to stores, building and elevating our brand.

· Providing hindsight reports post events and other relevant duties assigned.

· Other Ad-hoc duties assign.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Preferably possessed a Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

· Experience in fashion and retail industry will be more advantage

. Proficiency in marketing tools and Graphic design skills (Canva / Capcut/ Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator etc)

. Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills

. Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative experience with social media

· Mature, independent and confident to work with different cultures

· Passionate, creative and highly committed with a positive attitude
