We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly connected Senior Business Development Manager to drive the global expansion of our healthcare solutions. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep network within government bodies, ministries of health, and public sector officials across South East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa to identify and secure high-value opportunities.
Beyond generating qualified leads, you will spearhead the end-to-end sales cycle by leading our product and technical solution teams to design and pitch winning propositions. Additionally, you will play a critical role in our corporate growth by supporting and driving strategic fundraising initiatives.
Government Relations and Lead Generation
Cultivate and leverage high-level relationships with local government officials, public health authorities, ministries of health, and key decision-makers across South East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Deal Execution and Team Leadership
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and solution architects, to align technical offerings with complex government requirements.
Drive the end-to-end bidding, proposal, and negotiation processes to successfully close high-value, long-term contracts.
Fundraising and Strategic Growth
Play a key role in the company's capital-raising activities, working closely with executive leadership to pitch to venture capital, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, International Relations, or a related technical field.
