Small-size Freight Forwarding company hiring for Sales Executive position. Main businesses include Sea Freight FCL, LCL, Breakbulk, RORO.

• 5 days work week, Mon - Fri, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
• Basic + Allowances + Commission + AWS + Bonuses + CPF.
• 14 Days Annual Leave.
• Not required to be in excessive formal office wear on a daily basis.
• Flexible and people-centric company management.
• Even before Covid, staff are allowed to work from home on rotation basis as long as they are accountable and able to perform their duties in trustworthy and timely manner.
• NOT suitable for completely freshmen due to being small company with limited manpower and resources for training.

Hiring only experienced and confident candidates of the following criterias :-

• SME salespersons needs to be involved in the operations procedures and not just passing everything thing to Ops Department without monitoring or assisting.
• Presently have clients or or can develop within a short time to generate sales GP of 2x to cover own remuneration.
• Able to work independently without excessive supervision.
• NOT suitable for candidates whose clientele require very large and/or long credit terms.
• Suitable for applicants seeking a stable yet flexible employment that promotes work-life balance lifestyle with a lot of personal time.

Job scope includes :-

• Providing quotation to clients.
• Generating sales for the Company.
• Hunting and Farming of new and existing clients.
• Ensuring timely payment by clients.
